Lagos-Ibadan Train Service Finally Records Thousands of Passengers

After a routine inspection of the Lagos-Ibadan rail project on Friday, the Minister of Transportation, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi said the Lagos- Ibadan train services recorded 42,000 passengers in June.

He pointed out that this is a significant increase as people are starting to opt for a train ride instead of the usual bus ride.

Turns out that people are finally getting comfortable with exploring another medium of transportation asides from buses and airplanes.

So, have you tried boarding the Ibadan-Lagos train? What was the journey like? Is it worth it or should we stick to using roads to get to Ibadan?
