Its no news that ASUU called off the 9-months long strike on Wednesday. The Association also claimed that their services will resume as soon as the Government put in full health measure against Covid-19.
Of course, this is a very good news, but it happens that there is a clause attached to it.
This clause implies that another strike action might take place in February of the new year if all the demands stated in the agreement between the Federal Government and ASUU are not met.
Well, I hope that a strike doesn’t occur again after putting students education on hold for almost a year. But, will the Government be trusted to commit to the agreement?
Let me know what you think?
